Simppler makes it easy to find and engage with top talent. Our recommendation engine ranks and appropriates candidates in your employees' network based on a multitude of criteria. Your employees then select people in their networks they feel would be good fits for the job/company, and recommend them to your recruiting team. In essence, they're doing the sourcing legwork for you, feeding your candidate pipeline with first tier talent.
As a recruiter, you can find these recommendations in your referrals tab in your Simppler dashboard.
You'll find information which can help you make fast decisions on a candidate, like work history, recommended job, a slew of social media profiles to enrich your conversations with them, and background on the employee's work relationship with the candidate.
From here, you can take a number of actions on the candidate:
Move to ATS - If you've set up a manual push to your ATS, you can take that action from this screen. Clients choose to do this if they want another screening step before setting the profile up in their tracking system. You can toggle this setting in settings > integrations.
Request intro - It's much more effective to get a note from your friend than a recruiter you don't know. Simppler gives your recruiting team the ability to request an introduction from the connected employee with the click of a button. This generates a simple link that the employee can click to shoot the candidate a message with the job.
Reassign role - Do you like the candidate but think they'd be a stronger fit for another role? Reassign them to any of your other listed positions with this button.
Archive - If they're not the right person for the job, you can archive the profile. You can access them at a later date if something becomes available.
