Additional Jobs Page Functionality
Metrics - We want you to know how powerful your network is and give you datapoints to help prioritize your work. On the jobs page, you can see:
- Potential - This is the total number of potential candidate <> job matches based on the networks that your employees have synced.
- Referred - This is the number of recommendations your employees have made for that particular job. The discrepancy between "Referred" and "Potential" is a decent measure of how much of that talent pool you've penetrated. The larger the delta, the bigger the opportunity!
- Response - The combined rate at which 1) prospects have replied to your Talent Radar messages + 2) candidates messaged by employees or recruiters divided by the total number of referred candidates. This can help you prioritize recruiting work if you see any any hot jobs without any contact attempts. Or maybe you want to A/B test messages to different types of roles and see what the outcome will be?
Click a job - Clicking on any job in your jobs list will take you to the referred candidates for that position. Nifty!
Filter - Simppler gives you the ability to filter on a number of criteria in your jobs page including Job Type, Team, and location. Your default view is set to "Open Jobs", "All Teams, "All Locations". If you'd like to see just the jobs that you've followed or marked hot, for instance, you can do so through these filters.
Search jobs - Trying to remember the bonus you outlined for a job, or want to follow a specific job. Just start typing in the search bar at the top of the page:
Add job - Selecting "Add Job" gives you the ability to add a position directly from Simppler. Please note that if you have an ATS integration, it is unlikely that you'll use this feature.
