First, lookup by open jobs. Simppler uses data science and machine learning to recommend the people throughout your employee’s network that are an excellent fit for that specific role.
Next, Simppler provides a snapshot of the key information needed to evaluate a candidate's fit for a role. We listened carefully to the recruiters using our platform, and summarized the information most valuable to their decision process.
If a recruiter wants to dive deeper, these cards expand to provide more information along with links to relevant social networks.
Once a recruiter finds an appropriate candidate, they can email the candidate directly from the Simppler platform. No need to switch back-and-forth between applications.
Finally, in order to help organize workflow the card transforms into a timeline of activity after the message is sent.
